A simple, calm space dedicated to re-centring and relaxation, drawing on the tradition of Reiki.

Energetic support towards renewal, and an opening to the world, to the self, to the cosmos.
Here there is no dogma, no religion, no sectarian belief.
We belong to nothing; we are part of the world, and the world is part of us. Perhaps we have set aside what connects us?

In a calm and attentive setting, receive a Reiki session: a time to talk, then a moment lying down (fully clothed), during which hands are placed gently on the energy bodies, with little or no contact. A kind of massage without pressure, which sometimes relaxes more deeply than physical manipulation.

This moment encourages letting go and initiates deep work on vibrational energy balance.

I invite you to discover this approach in practice — accessible, direct, without excessive talk — and to decide, quite simply, whether it suits you. No prior experience is needed.

In 2020, Reiki opened me to an energetic and spiritual dimension — it touched me deeply. As I explored energy practices further, I followed the path step by step, up to the Fourth Degree of master teacher, first in Usui and then in Karuna. Today I pass it on in turn, during initiation weekends.
I offer further-practice sessions for students and regular times of sharing and meditation, open to all.

This approach is also inspired by Michel Serres's philosophy of the mingled bodies (les corps mêlés): the body is not a series of separate zones, but a continuous weave in which the senses answer one another — touch, sound, scent and warmth do not add up, they intermingle. That is why a session may combine, depending on what arises, Reiki, singing bowls and gong, stones and Bach flower remedies: not as juxtaposed techniques, but as different ways into one and the same movement of opening.
