DISTANCE WORK
Distance practice may seem surprising…
And yet every day you place your trust in the invisible waves of radio, wifi or your phone.
In energy work, it is entirely possible to act without physical contact.
Every week for more than two years, we have practised this distance work in a small group. Thanks to the techniques taught from the Second Degree of Reiki onwards, energy can be sent at a distance, accurately and effectively.
The approach and focus of the work differ from an in-person session. It does not replace it, but it is a good alternative when time or distance are an issue.
In practice:
The recipient tells me where they will be and when they would like to receive the Reiki energy.
It matters that they are in a receptive state — not busy doing something — for the session to be beneficial. They can receive the energy while asleep, or "at whatever moment suits them best".
A conversation (by phone or message) can take place at the agreed time, but it is not compulsory.
The practitioner works on his side, and may then share what he perceived at the end of the session.
